#6 Exercise three or four times a week.

She doesn’t have to hit the gym every day.

#7 Get 8 hours of sleep, every single night.

“I make it a priority to get eight hours’ sleep a night”.

#8 Wash your face after a workout.

Washing face after a workout helps to keep pores clean and skin feeling healthy.
